Instructions for TAUP 2017 Poster Presentation

The TAUP 2017 poster session will be held on Tuesday, July 25, from 19h00 to 22h00 in the Alumni Hall at Laurentian University.

 

Posters can be set up starting Sunday, July 23, but no later than noon on Tuesday, July 25.

Posters should have a maximum size of 40" wide x 44" high. Poster boards will be numbered and presenters will be issued with board numbers in advance. Presenters will be required to remove their posters at the latest on Friday July 28, before 10:00 am.  

 

The poster session features a light snack and bar service. All conference attendees will receive one drink ticket which may be redeemed for one beer, one glass of wine or a non-alcoholic beverage. A cash bar will also be available.
